Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from DK Wholesale Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Business-to-Business Sales
DK Wholesale Ltd operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesaler. All goods are supplied to trade customers for resale purposes. As such, purchases are not covered by consumer "change of mind" protections that apply to retail consumers.
Orders placed with DK Wholesale Ltd are considered final and non-returnable, except in the limited circumstances described below.
2. No Returns for Unsold Stock
DK Wholesale Ltd does not accept returns of unsold stock.
Products cannot be returned because:
- The items did not sell
- Demand was lower than expected
- The customer over-ordered
- The customer changed their mind
- The customer no longer wishes to stock the product
Retail performance and resale outcomes are solely the responsibility of the purchasing business.
3. Eligible Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
Returns may only be requested if:
- The product arrived damaged, or
- The incorrect product was supplied
To qualify for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photographic evidence of the issue must be provided
- The order number or proof of purchase must be included
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
4. Inspection Requirement
Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon delivery.
Failure to notify DK Wholesale Ltd of any damage, shortage, or incorrect items within 48 hours will be considered acceptance of the goods.
5. Return Authorisation
Returns will only be accepted if approved in writing by DK Wholesale Ltd.

Returns sent without prior written authorisation will be refused and returned to sender.
6. Condition of Returned Goods
If a return is authorised, goods must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
DK Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned items are not in resalable condition.
7. Refunds or Replacements
Where a claim is accepted, DK Wholesale Ltd will, at its discretion:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund for the affected goods
Refunds apply only to the affected items and do not include any consequential losses, lost profits, or resale losses.
8. Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to damage or an incorrect item supplied by DK Wholesale Ltd, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
Returns requested for any other reason will not be accepted.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Clearance or sale items
- Special order or custom products
- Items returned outside the reporting period
10. Limitation of Liability
DK Wholesale Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Loss of sales
- Loss of profit
- Market performance of products
- Overstock or inventory decisions made by the purchasing business
